Jessica Aker

Jessica Aker is a licensed Real Estate Broker and licensed builder.  She is a lifelong resident of the Greater Lansing Area; Jessica is dedicated to the community she loves to call home. Focusing primarily on managing several rental properties in the Lansing area over the last 20 years, Jessica decided to become a full-time real estate agent in 2016. She is dedicated to her client’s real estate needs and goals by always being focused on delivering excellent service and attention and helping others realize their dream of home ownership instead of simply renting.

Since becoming licensed in 2016 she has successfully reached her goal and decided to obtain her own brokerage license and opened her business.  This step also motivated her to then obtain her residential builder’s license. She brings with her a wealth of knowledge along with her Team!
